Gerhardt Konig’s story is basically that his wife went after him first, pushed him, and grabbed him by the jewels before swinging a rock. He claims he only hit her back in the head with a rock (twice???) to defend himself, but his version is a total 180 from what his wife and son told the court. (Son still lives wit Gerhardt’s wife Arielle Konig who is a stepmom to his son.)
Whether you agree with the doctor’s story or the family’s testimony is the big question, but either way, in my opinion, his defense may be hitting ROCK bottom. 😳 Sad for both sides, really, especially the children. Doesn’t seem meditated to me because she allegedly told him she was going on another business trip with her co-worker, a guy Gerhardt clain she was having an affair with and he git updet on this hike. Your thoughts?
