21 years ago Nalu Lani was born. Alot of battles, strategizing, and the results are amazing. It was a fun ride. I feel lucky to be apart of it and know you in ways no others know. Self made successful Nuclear medician doctor turned fully time successful Landlord. RIP Dr Wasnich.

972 units, two 400 foot towers. THE PARK ON KEEAUMOKU. Kinda across Wal-Mart. I used to manage the jungle of shops that used to be there years ago. It sucked. It was torn down and now this was put up. In this case an improvement to the area.

I drove by it yesterday. Just amazed at its size. My goodness is it HUGE! One day I'll walk around or visit someone who lives there.

Magic 8 ball prediction time:

We do not believe mortgage rates will drop much if at all. A Trump appointed new Fed chair is in place but once things are reviewed we believe rates might even be raised as inflation is still rising. The facts are as they are and the way to combat infation is raising rates.

So, buy a house or condo now if u need a 6.25% or lower loan. Sell now to capture the steady market. Buy later if you have more cash and can afford a higher mortgage rate, w/a perceived drop in price.

CD'S rates will hold and probably go up. This is a good sit and wait Investment. Stocks are always a fun game but are due for a down turn, be careful.
