On a plane headed to Salt Lake City for eXpcon. ✈️
After 20+ years in real estate, could I stay home and keep doing business the way I’ve always done it? Sure.
But the minute I decide I already know enough is probably the minute I start falling behind.
Real estate changes. The market changes. Technology changes. Marketing changes. And what our clients need from us changes.
So I’m on the plane.
Not just for me.
Every time I become a better agent, negotiator, marketer or business owner, my clients get a better version of me.
And because I have agents in my downline who trust me to help them grow, what I learn doesn’t stop with my business. I get to bring it home and share it with them, too.
That’s one of the things I’ve come to value most about eXp. I thought I was choosing a brokerage. I didn’t realize how much I would value being surrounded by people willing to share what’s working, what isn’t and what they’ve learned along the way.
For the next few days, I’m going to listen, learn, ask questions and take a LOT of notes.
Then I’m bringing it home and putting it to work.
Experience matters. But experience + a willingness to keep learning? That’s where the real value is.
