In a victory for First Amendment rights, as well as the safety of citizenry in the streets, a Federal Judge in Minnesota has l issued preliminary injunction against Fed. agents detaining or pepper spraying peaceful protesters. The judge also prohibited agents from stopping vehicles that are following them if the vehicles are maintaining a safe and appropriate distance.

Court orders shut down of Alligator Alcatraz. Miami Fed. Judge Kathleen Williams, in a lawsuit filed by environmental groups and the Miccosukee Tribe, ruled that the government failed to comply with environmental regulations, plus unlawfully restricted tribal access to the area. No more migrants may be brought in, and the the ones that are housed there now must be removed within 60 days.
