🎉 Meet Sophia Gibbs! 🎉

Sophia, the youngest of the Gibbs family, was born and raised in Rutland, MA—and real estate has been part of her life from the very beginning! 🏡 Now a full-time REALTOR®, she’s turned that lifelong exposure into a true passion for helping clients buy and sell their homes.

After graduating from the Wachusett School District, Sophia earned her real estate license while working full-time. She also gained valuable experience as General Manager of Rutland Marketplace, where she worked her way up from Deli Associate and learned the importance of hard work, high standards, and always going the extra mile. 💪

🎉 Meet John Colautti! 🎉

John has been part of the Gibbs Realty team since 2012, bringing a unique mix of real estate experience and an impressive background in law enforcement and education.

Originally from Connecticut, John moved to Central Massachusetts in the late ’90s, inspired early on by a family background in homebuilding. He now lives in Westminster, where he and his wife, Tracy, raised their two children and stay active in the community. 🏡

After a 26-year career in law enforcement, John retired in 2017 and went on to earn his Ph.D. in Criminology. He’s now a college professor, published author, and longtime FBI-trained crisis negotiator who continues to train and support law enforcement professionals. 🎓

When John isn’t working, you might find him:
🚶‍♂️ Walking trails or fishing
🐾 Exploring with his lab, Luna
🌊 Enjoying Cape Cod beaches
⛷️ Skiing or cheering on the Bruins
🪂 Chasing his latest adventure—skydiving
