Representation of a Monmouth County condominium association in litigation against the municipality and uphill owners after a damaging slope failure. Issues include the alleged negligent maintenance of property and failure to ensure the construction of necessary site improvements in accordance with site approvals. Defeated municipality's motion to dismiss under the NJ Tort Claims Act. Defense of a property management company against a tenant in connection with an alleged "slip and fall". Obtained an order granting our pre-answer motion to dismiss. Respresentation of an individual against an entity for breach of contract, fiduciary duty arising out of the gross mismanagement of controlled finances. Representation of a large number of community associations in the collection of unpaid common charges, including foreclosure actions.
