A little prep now can save you from big repairs later! As your local real estate agent (and homeowner!), here are a few quick tips to protect your home during freezing weather:

✔️ Drip faucets to prevent frozen pipes
✔️ Open cabinet doors under sinks to let warm air circulate
✔️ Disconnect outdoor hoses and cover spigots
✔️ Set your thermostat no lower than 55°, even if you’re away
✔️ Check attic and crawlspace insulation
✔️ Know where your main water shutoff is (just in case!)
