Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the precautions we have implemented at Cohen Law Office in response to the increase in COVID-19 cases and the CDC/WHO recommendations. Our priority is the safety of our staff, clients and community.
*masks are required to be worn inside our office. If you do not have a mask we can provide one for you.  If you cannot wear a mask for any reason please let us know prior to the day of closing and we will coordinate document signing in our parking lot.
*when you arrive, please stay in your car or in the parking lot and call us at 678-384-1113 and let us know you are here and give us your cell phone number. We will call you when your file is ready and you can come inside. We are attempting to avoid groups of people waiting in our lobby.
*only signers exhibiting no symptoms such as coughing/sneezing/fever will be allowed in our office – no loan officers, agents, spouses, children, etc – we are attempting to limit exposure by limiting the number of people in our office. Anyone receiving a check will be notified when they can come inside to pick up their check from the reception counter
*buyers and sellers will need to email us a copy of their ID prior to closing – [email protected]
*buyers and sellers will sign in separate rooms
*we will continue to regularly wipe down all surfaces including doorknobs and closing rooms. We are providing a new pen for signing to each person.
*buyers paying cash will be required to sign via email as no original documents are required from buyers on cash sales
