Gianna Ricci returned to Coldwell Banker as District VP of the Near West Region and currently oversees over 300 agents within the Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Clarendon Hills, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, West DuPage and La Grange markets. loped a niche along side her business partner within the luxury market in Oak Brook. During the recession she became heavily engaging with the selling of Luxury REO developments in Du Page County. Ricci is known for her acute understanding of the Real Estate market and has participated in over two hundred million in closed sales during her active years in selling residential real estate. Identified as a a natural leader early on in her career, Gianna's primary focus is helping her team grow by adopting the company culture as well as seeking out and growing talent. Gianna's passionate about the agents, and utilizing her knowledge of the industry combined with Coldwell Banker Realty's Core 4 Values to help enable the agents and management team she oversees live exceptional lives. Her primary driver in growing her own business was to develop a fluid understanding of the ins and outs of the industry and in turn use that knowledge to benefit her team. As her business grew exponentially she was asked to be a frequent speaker at Coldwell Banker's Company Expos and Business Development series. She continued on this path for a period of time, took a short detour and then returned to Coldwell Banker Realty in January 2020. Ricci holds a real estate managing brokers license, CIPS, PSA certification. She is a member of the Illinois and National Association of Realtors. She was also a member of the MORE Professional Standards committee. Gianna is a long term resident of the Western Suburbs and currently lives in Elmhurst with her husband, daughter and puppy. Her interest outside of work include yoga, travel, staying active and the ballet. Her charity involvement includes the Ronald McDonald Charities, Oak Brook Infant Welfare Society and Special Spaces.
