MARKET UPDATE — Now Is Not the Time for Status Quo.

The Chicagoland market is still selling — but inventory remains incredibly tight. In many areas, there’s very little for sale, especially in the under $1M price point. When a well-priced home hits the market, buyers are moving quickly.

At the same time, we’re seeing a lot of higher-priced inventory starting to sit longer than expected. Buyers are more selective, and strategy matters more than ever.

This is not a “set it and forget it” market. Buyers need agents who can think outside the box — agents who are creative, connected, proactive, and willing to find opportunities beyond what everyone else is seeing online.
