This one is a perfect example of why listening to the market matters.
When this beautiful new construction home first hit the market, we weren’t getting the results we wanted. Instead of continuing down the same path, we paid close attention to buyer feedback, had honest conversations with the seller, and developed a new strategy.
We temporarily took the home off the market and partnered with my favorite builder, LC Builder & Investments, to make some important adjustments. One of the biggest changes was combining the adjacent lot with the property, creating even more value and appeal for future buyers.
