Lets find Kiki. Missing Child, Valid Court Order, and Police Assault Father. Police Refuse Help.
Craig Corristan is two. His father, Ross, has not seen him since November 14, 2025, at the Walmart in Mena, Arkansas. For months Ross asked the Mena Police Department for one thing: a missing child report. They would not take it. On March 11, 2026, a Polk County judge gave Ross primary custody, held Craig's mother in willful contempt, issued a body attachment, and named the Mena Police Department in the order. Four days later Ross stood outside the station holding that order. Sgt. Eddie Price pepper-sprayed him, took him to the ground, and took him to jail.
I break down Ross's footage, the court records, Chief Tommy Stueart's answers, Arkansas's "shall" missing-child law, the federal NCIC rule, why police have no duty to protect you, cursing in a police lobby, and force on a nonviolent misdemeanor. Craig is still missing.
