With over 100 listings, under $250k, of 1/acre or more - approx 35min from down town Nashville.

If a property doesn’t “perk” (passes a soil test) and isn’t connected to city sewer, it doesn’t mean it’s a no, it just means you may need an alternative septic system 💡

✨ Options can include:
