If you are a home owner in Clark County, check your tax cap and if it it your primary residence, make sure you file the form to lock in your lower tax cap rate!

The Clark County Assessor’s office updated on Wednesday that homeowners in now have until June 30, 2023, to update their information with the assessor’s office in order to avoid paying a higher property tax rate.

On August 20th, 2020, based on Nevada Governor Sisolak’s indefinite extension on previous COVID-19 mitigation directives, prohibiting the In-Person Showings of Tenant Occupied properties with no exceptions, the Las Vegas Realtors’s MLS system began changing all current Active listings to NOSHOWINGS for Tenant Occupied properties. New listings of Tenant Occupied properties will only be able to select NOSHOWINGS until such time as the directive is lifted.
