🚨 Running red diesel this harvest? Read this before fueling up. 🚨

Nebraska has waived state penalties for dyed diesel on highway farm hauls, and federal directives instruct the IRS not to penalize farmers through Dec 31, 2026.

⚠️ BUT HERE’S THE CATCH: The federal tax is deferred, not forgiven. Unless Congress acts, that tax may still come due later.

đź’ˇ Pro-Tip: Run clear diesel on qualifying hauls and file Nebraska Form 84 AG (write "EO2621" at the top) for a state fuel tax refund instead!
