One of the biggest compliments I can receive is when a client says they felt like they could trust me, be themselves with me, and know I had their best interests at heart.

Real estate is obviously about houses, contracts and negotiations, but for me, it’s always been about the people first. 🤍

Genuine. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable.

Those are three words I hope every client would use after working with me. And if they’d add “felt like a friend by the end,” I’d take that too. 😊

✨ CLOSED! ✨

We originally put this home on the market last year, but when it didn’t sell, my seller pivoted and rented it out for six months.

Fast forward to this year! With an amazing tenant who allowed us to show and market the home while she was living there, we got a FULL PRICE OFFER! 🙌

There were definitely a few hurdles along the way (because real estate 😂), but we worked through them and got it DONE!

Sometimes you just have to pivot, problem-solve and keep going. So happy for my seller and grateful to see this one officially CLOSED! 🏡❤️

Hosted Bunco with some of my favorite ladies last night! 🎲❤️

Pretty sure we spend more time laughing than actually playing Bunco… and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 😂 So thankful for nights like these and these sweet friendships!

Casitas, in-law suites and extra living spaces can make a BIG difference in what buyers see as valuable. 👀

That spare room on the main floor. The finished basement with a kitchenette and its own entrance. The bonus room you've been using for storage. To you, it's extra space. But to a growing pool of buyers, it's the reason they'd pick your house.
