Definitely YES, but the market isn’t going to do the work for you.
Las Vegas has more inventory and more negotiating room for buyers. In June, active listings were up 3.4% year over year, while homes took a median 55 days to sell.
But there’s still business to be built. NAR expects existing-home sales to improve in 2026, and Las Vegas continues to attract relocation buyers, especially from California.
The hard truth: a slower, neutralized market requires agents to prospect, follow up, understand the numbers, and deliver real value.
So if you’re thinking about getting licensed: Get trained. Get around the right people. Build your database. Get that license.
