It looks like right now, investors are driving our housing market. I think this is just more evidence of the real estate cycle going through its course. The next part of the cycle will be when families start buyer homes from the investors. The only question is...when?

Theres more evidence today that cash buyers and investors are dominating the housing market.

This ruling will probably slow down some of the new foreclosures. In the end, I think the banks will adapt and the market will continue to cycle through.
