BREAKING: NH Supreme Court overturns Adam Montgomery’s murder conviction on procedural grounds, finding trying him for murder charge along with an earlier second-degree assault incident jeopardized his right to a fair murder trial.
Convictions remain in place against him for assault, falsifying physical evidence, witness tampering, and abusing his daughter’s co**se.

Police accused Billy of stealing store merchandise and driving away while his license was suspended for a DUI conviction. The driving charge alone carried serious consequences: at least a week in jail, an additional one-year license suspension, and a requirement to install an ignition interlock device in his vehicle for one year once his license was restored.
𝗕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐊𝐘 𝐋𝐀𝐖 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏.
Attorney Grosky fought the case. He challenged the evidence used to identify Billy, specifically the process by which police located a social media photo of Billy to identify him as the suspect. At trial, Attorney Grosky exposed inconsistencies in witness testimony and highlighted issues with the license plate number reported to police..
