After years of navigating what has felt like endless divorce, custody, and support litigation, I can confidently say that not all attorneys—and certainly not all firms—are created equal.
George Pammer came highly recommended to me by Matt Martinez, the attorney who handled my custody matter. When someone you trust in the legal field tells you, “This is your guy,” you listen—and now I understand exactly why.
I have worked with my fair share of attorneys over the years, and this was, without question, one of the most thorough, communicative, and compassionate legal teams I have encountered.
George Pammer and Michelle Vincente were the driving force behind my case, and I cannot speak highly enough of either of them.
George is incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, diligent, and confident without ever crossing into arrogance. What stood out to me most, however, was the pride he takes in his work and the level of preparation he brings to the table. The day before trial, subpoenaed financial records finally arrived—nearly 480 pages of bank statements. Rather than taking shortcuts, George meticulously reviewed the records, cross-referenced financial activity, and prepared thoroughly to ensure he would not be caught off guard during questioning the following day. That level of preparation gave me tremendous confidence during an incredibly stressful process.
Equally deserving of recognition is Michelle Vincente, whose work ethic, responsiveness, organization, and compassion were truly exceptional. As anyone who has been through family court knows, paralegals often carry an enormous amount of the day-to-day legwork—and Michelle did so with professionalism, diligence, and kindness every step of the way. She was consistently communicative, incredibly supportive, and never once made me feel like just another file on someone’s desk. During one of the most stressful chapters of my life, her steady guidance and responsiveness made an enormous difference.
I would also like to recognize Doug for his assistance throughout the case, and Claudia, who appeared on George’s behalf during one proceeding and was professional, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with.
What sets this firm apart is that they genuinely care. At no point did I feel like “just another retainer check.” I felt heard, supported, and represented by people who were deeply invested in doing excellent work and achieving the best possible outcome.
While I would not wish family court proceedings on my worst enemy, life does not always go according to plan. If I ever found myself needing legal representation again, George Pammer is absolutely the attorney I would want in my corner. He is the kind of person you want beside you in battle—prepared, intelligent, thorough, compassionate, and unwavering.
My only regret is that I did not know him during my divorce.
