To those that may have been involved in 9/11-related work activity lo those many years ago and have not filed a workers’ compensation claim notice, and/or, if appropriate, notice for a 9/11 presumption disability retirement claim, the current deadline to do so is September 11, 2026. If you have not filed either or both of these, DO NOT take for granted that there will be an 11th-hour extension of the filing deadlines.
