This letter is regarding Beth Hamilton who assisted me in the process of getting my brother’s house ready for sale. As I was out of state, I relied on Beth to provide the extra effort to take a house that was completely filled with years of collections and accumulation and to dispose of the items in an orderly fashion. Beth jumped into the task, organizing items to be either sold, donated, or discarded.
The sale items were then categorized as collectibles, valuables or home sale items. This included yard furniture, power equipment, antiques, rugs and furniture. She dealt with antique dealers, wholesalers, auctioneers and individuals, always negotiating the best price for each item. She arranged yard sales and found the right buyer for varied and unique items.
Beth also arranged to hire, manage and oversee various contractors to fix the plumbing, electrical, drainage, landscaping and painting issues. The house was emptied, painted and staged for showing to prospective clients. She established and maintained contact with each person involved and routinely submitted a full accounting of interactions and all transactions.
Beth is an extremely warm, competent, energetic and trustworthy woman who is passionate about her work. She did an exceptional job of managing my brother’s estate in a proficient and professional manner. She has great integrity and never lost sight of the big picture while managing the details. I was very fortunate to have her assistance.
