My Promise

So it IS a little bit about who we are. Because who we are comes out in everything that we do. And people are not easily fooled if we’re faking it. What’s that quote? “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”

I have two grown kiddos and raised them by always trying to set a good example for them. Because no matter what I say, they still just do what I do! Including acknowledging and apologizing when I mess up. I appreciated the examples set by others in my life along the way who have shown me that we’re all fallible humans. And although mistakes can feel painful, they can also be forgiven.

I value honesty, integrity, professionalism, compassion, and empathy for your situation. Also, I almost feed off of the negotiation aspects of consummating an agreement for you. Negotiating is half the fun and one of the most important parts of the process!!

Your family home is usually your biggest asset. So you need to be able to trust everyone working with you to reach your goal of selling it and/or purchasing a new one. I surround myself with team players who meet my high expectation of service to you. I will set the expectation of success for you. I will communicate with you through every step of the process, usually on a weekly basis. And I will have a ‘do what it takes’ attitude to get you to the closing table as hassle free and stress free as in my power.
