🌟SOLD 🌟 Story time 📚 This sweet little homebuyer whom I used to once Nanny for is now a homeowner!! I have helped her grandparents, parents and now her buy and sell!! After a few years of looking we found the perfect condo for her. While I always hope for a smooth transaction, recent changes in lending regulations for condos made this transaction a bit of a roller coaster. I appreciate all the hard work by the lenders involved, the condo board’s willingness to take direction and the listing agent .wi.autumn.peach for all her hard work. Congratulations Amanda!! So proud of you!

I could give you the polished Realtor answer, but honestly? I’m the one who will answer your texts, tell you the truth (even when it’s not what you want to hear), fight for you when it matters, and probably send you a ridiculous meme somewhere along the way.

Professional? Absolutely.
Serious when it counts? 100%.
Normal? …let’s not get carried away. 😂

Happy National Coffee Day ☕️

Because apparently selling houses, negotiating contracts, answering “quick questions” that are never actually quick, and keeping 47 tabs open in my brain requires caffeine. 😂

Coffee and real estate actually have a lot in common…

☕️ Both are better when you know what you’re doing.
