Due to the weather the courthouse closed at noon, today, 2/22/2022. We followed suit and sent out staff home. We will be back tomorrow! Be safe!

We are open--just social distancing! We are working remote with limited staff in the office Monday through Thursday and closed Friday through the current Covid shut down.

Be safe. Wear your mask. Stay positive but test negative!

Even though we have all been sheltering in place, we have been working to serve our clients remotely. We are available for meetings with people via phone and email.

Legal Public Service Announcement: Even though the Governor has issued a shelter in place order, you still must give your kids to your ex-partner for parenting time. One of the few exceptions to not travelling is to comply with a custody order. All custody orders still must be complied with, despite the stay in place order.

Hopefully, this avoids needless conflict. Stay safe, everyone.

Unfortunately, our office is still practicing social distancing. We will be closed to the public. However, we are still taking phone calls, emails, appointments, etc. We are trying to be as full service as possible (considering most of the courts are closed, that is difficult).
