• NUK ndalon AOS-in. NUK u thotë të gjithëve të largohen nga SHBA.

If you are the spouse or unmarried child under 21 of a green card holder and you are in the U.S. in lawful status (tourist within I-94, F-1, H-1B, etc.), you may be eligible to file for adjustment of status now.

– No unauthorized work
– You cannot enter the U.S. with the intent to adjust status
– However, if your intent changed after entry, you may be able to switch from consular processing to adjustment

Ms. Gjokaj is a graduate student and is planning to attend law school. She is fluent in French, English and Albanian. When asked about the inspiring women in her life, she instantly answered “my mother!” She describes her mother as an extraordinary woman who never hesitates to sacrifice herself in order to offer a better life to her family. Having known Ms. Gjokaj for over a year, I can tell you that the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.

An attorney and a travel lover, she graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law, and holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in Law. Currently registered with the National Chamber of Advocacy of Albania after successfully passing the Bar Exam, Aleksandra holds a Senior position at EY Albania, where she assists clients address issues related to business immigration, labour law and providing guidance and support to team members.
