A little Shoe Strut recap! Last week, Jordan and I had the chance to support the Salvation Army at Shoe Strut, and we’re so happy to be part of the good things happening in our community!

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE: Wire fraud tactics are getting smarter and so are we.

Scammers are using look-alike email domains and even AI voice cloning to impersonate title agents and realtors. They often wait until right before closing to send "updated wire instructions" to try and intercept down payments.

The team at Premier Settlement and I follow a strict protocol to protect your hard-earned money. Here is our Golden Rule:
🛑 WE WILL NEVER CHANGE WIRING INSTRUCTIONS VIA EMAIL.

Before initiating any wire transfer, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Stop and locate a known, trusted phone number (never use a number listed inside a suspicious email).
2️⃣ Call Premier Settlement directly to verbally verify every single digit of the instructions.
3️⃣ Confirm your designated transaction details with the Premier Settlement team.

Your home-buying process should be exciting, not stressful. Have questions about closing securely? Drop them below or send us a message!
