I’ve had this conversation a lot over the last few years! (Admittedly, this is the first time I’ve had it with myself 😂) The market IS CHANGING… but it always is.

Deciding to wait to make a move based on complete unknowns is costing you money and ultimately putting you in a worse position.

Sooo many people have told me that they wish they didn’t wait to make their move. I HAVE NEVER had anyone tell me that they were glad they waited.

If you want to make a move now, do it. Don’t wait for something that may or may not happen.

If you haven’t been to Valley Bistro, you NEED TO GO!

You might miss it from Wertzville Rd, but it’s a hidden (literally) gem!💎 But once you know it’s there, you’ll never forget again!

The staff is always so friendly, and the food is SOOOO GOOD! There are tons of options for food and drinks, but a couple of my favorites are the omelets, caesar salad, and the chicken sandwich WITH MAC N CHEESE ON IT! The coffee and lattes ☕️ are also delicious!

Olive Oil Grille is one of my favorites! Think Mediterranean Chipotle BUT 1000 times better, and the owners/staff are always so friendly and welcoming!

My go to is a greens and grains bowl with brown rice & arugula as the base, chicken, tons of toppings, AND DON'T FORGET THE DIPS! Their fire feta is SOOO GOOD!

Fresh. Healthy. Delicious.
What more could you ask for?!

Ok, ok, it might not be THIS quick, but I definitely make myself available to work around my client's schedules. I always say that real estate is flexible but not predictable, meaning I can start the day with little on my schedule (and planning to watch Netflix on the couch in my pjs😬) and end with a full day of appointments & showings. I wouldn't have it any other way!
