This listing kept us on our toes! 🏡

Less than two weeks on the market, under contract… then two days later, the buyer backed out.

But as it turns out, that just made room for the buyer who was meant to find it all along. Now we’re under contract again, and I couldn’t be happier for my seller♥️

I don’t share too many personal photos on this page, but it’s a little over 10 months of being completely on my own as a solo realtor, and I truly wouldn’t have it any other way.

Before this, I was in a place where I felt stagnant and like I wasn’t fully reaching my potential. Taking the leap of faith and betting on myself was honestly scary, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I can confidently say I’ve found what I want to do for the rest of my life.

I feel incredibly grateful to have found a career that aligns so well with who I am, my lifestyle, and my work ethic. And to top it all off, last month I placed Top 5 at my brokerage for closed units in March 🥹

I’m just feeling really fulfilled, thankful, and excited for what’s ahead. Here’s a little recap of some recent moments 🫶🏾
