Just learned that in order to send a letter to a state prison inmate in Pennsylvania, you have to send it via Smart Communications in St. Petersburg, Florida. Not sure why this is more efficient.

Traffic was slow this morning and I noticed several drivers using headphones or earbuds. Please accept this reminder that the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code prohibits wearing or using them while operating a motor vehicle. Like after market window tint, this gives the police a reason to stop you.
