Let the networking begin! Abigail our operations manager has her investor cap on this weekend and is rubbing as many shoulders as she can at and is looking to connect with you! She’s a little hot and plans to hide in the shade or a/c as much as possible but is so stoked for this opportunity! The event hasn’t even started yet and she’s already learned so much! “Honest mistakes aren’t worth embarrassment” and reading forums about others having your same “hidden” fears does a lot to boost your moral and mentality!

When you get a boondoggle sized piece out! Stay tuned for what we’re working on! I must comment my favorite helper in this project has been nickednamed Dr OSHA as his style of demo is much safer and more surgical than mine. But she’s a big project and I cannot wait to fully reveal (or more likely have my PR intern-interviews for that position this coming week!) what it is we’re working on! And of course start to shout out appreciation to the village this project is taking and will take.

Not a real estate post exactly. Except to shout out this little man’s birthday!!!! This cutie turned one today!! He has been a gift from the universe to teach me patience. My husband is so much more adapt at handling a puppy than I but Kreacher and I have both learned a lot since we got him in march! Little guy is nick named Special K and has been a cuddly spunky lil guy who grew so big with love. And we just want to wish him the happiest of birthday! To a wonderful year ahead with you buddy!! (Side note-he’s named after a house elf in Harry Potter)

At Andresa of spoke and during her presentation I learned a very valuable lesson-your NOT to do list. It was instantaneous what I thought of that I wanted to off load, my social media presence. I don’t mind the public speaking and being the front person but I hate being the one in charge of managing our accounts. And so I am calling upon our community- if you have a highschool or older student or know a highschool or older student who would be interested in this position please have them reach out!

It was so incredibly getting to meet the voices behind the podcast and program that has motivated me on my real estate investing journey! These gentlemen were just that true gentleman- they were goofy, genuine and so invested.
