Some homes ask you to transform them. This one asked us to listen to it.

Our job with this home was simple in concept, but incredibly intentional in ex*****on: when you walked through the front door, we wanted you to feel like you had stepped back in time.

Built in 1914, this home carries more than a century of history, character, and architectural detail. We didn’t want to modernize that away. Instead, our challenge was to use today’s furnishings and carefully curated pieces to create a feeling that still belonged to the home.

We pulled inspiration from its original details, incorporated nostalgic elements, classic patterns and silhouettes, and selected pieces that felt connected to the era — while still allowing the home to speak to today’s buyer.

The goal was to create that delicate balance between then and now: a home that feels relevant to the way we live today, but never forgets where it came from.

This was such a fun, creative project and a privilege for our team to bring to life. Sometimes staging isn’t about changing the story — it’s about helping you feel it the moment you walk through the door.

The primary suite is one of the most important spaces in a home — and one we never treat as an afterthought.

It’s where the day begins, where it winds down, and where a buyer should immediately be able to picture themselves settling in.

When we stage a primary suite, the goal is simple: make it feel like a retreat. A space that feels finished, inviting and worthy of being one of the most important rooms in the home.

Some homes just make it easy to imagine life there.

Morning coffee in your favorite spot. A dining room ready for family dinners. A living room you actually want to settle into at the end of the day. Spaces made for gathering, relaxing and simply being home.

That was our goal with this beautiful Ford’s Colony property — not to change what was already special about it, but to help tell the story of what life here could look like.

Why that chair sits right there. Why we chose that piece of art. Why we left that corner open. Why we pulled something out, moved something three inches, or changed an entire setup because it just wasn’t right.

Happy National Relaxation Day! Who wouldn’t want to relax here?

This beautiful sunroom was all about creating a feeling. We staged it to show buyers exactly what life in this space could look like — slow mornings with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise, or winding down with a glass of w**e as the sun sets over the golf course.

Because great staging doesn’t just show you what a room is — it helps you imagine how it could feel to live there.

For this home, we blended coastal living with warm, neutral tones — keeping the design elevated and timeless without overloading the coastal theme. Natural textures, soft layers, warm woods, and subtle nods to the water give you just enough of that relaxed beachside feeling to remind you that the shore is only minutes away.

The goal wasn’t to decorate for the beach — it was to capture the lifestyle that comes with living near it.
