On our coast, a few thoughtful improvements can make a big difference:

✓ Pressure washing and tidying the landscaping
✓ Decluttering—even the garage and outdoor shower
✓ Taking care of small repairs before the inspection

What may be worth skipping? A full kitchen renovation, new windows, replacing a working HVAC system, or installing high-end flooring just for the sale. Those bigger expenses don’t always translate into a higher offer.
