There’s something special about helping someone find their own little piece of New Orleans.

Congratulations to my client on the purchase of her new Uptown New Orleans pied-à-terre. Whether it’s a full-time residence or a place to enjoy everything this incredible city has to offer, Uptown is always a great place to call home.

One of the best parts of this business is the people you meet along the way. What started as a real estate transaction quickly turned into a new friendship, and I’m so grateful to have been a small part of this exciting new chapter in her life. A very special closing today. 🏡

My youngest first cousin, Christian Dudley, and his fiancée, Courtney Zuvich, officially closed on their first home today.

As a realtor, helping people buy homes is always rewarding, but helping family makes it even more meaningful. I’ve had the privilege of watching Christian grow up, and seeing the hardworking, responsible man he has become makes this milestone even sweeter.

I’m incredibly proud of both of them for everything they’ve accomplished and for taking this exciting step toward building their future together. Buying your first home is a huge achievement, and this one was well deserved.
