Most people hire this out in pieces. That's usually where it breaks.
If your case depends on finding someone, serving them, or getting them out, those aren't three separate jobs. They're one chain — and the weak link is almost always the handoff between them.
Here's what I mean. You pull a cheap online address. It's six months stale. The server can't make service. Now your eviction or your lawsuit is stalled before it ever really started, and you're paying for the do-over.
When one team owns the whole thing, the seams hold:
• We locate the person — or the asset — and verify it, instead of trusting whatever a database scraped last year.
• We serve by the book and document it in detail, so it holds up to a motion to quash.
• When an address dies, we don't shrug. We run a skip trace and keep going.
• We see it through the filing, the paperwork, and the writ.
Technology gets you most of the way. Experience and a little legwork close the gap. Sometimes you still have to go knock on the door.
Got a case that's been bouncing between a database, a process server, and a filing service? Send it over — let's get it moving with one point of contact.
