Today concluded Teacher Appreciation Week, and we were honored to sponsor breakfast for a local school on Monday to kick the week off with a bang! 🍎✨

As a former educator and now an attorney, supporting our teachers means a lot to me. The principal shared that the staff truly enjoyed having the food truck come out, and we made sure everyone was fed and appreciated.

I volunteered an hour of my time today at a booth hosted by the VHBA-10th Judicial Circuit in partnership with the National Coalition of 100 Black Women.

We assisted with intake forms for individuals seeking help with restoration of rights.

The event runs until 4 PM, so there’s still time to stop by and get support.

This is an annual Heritage Day event hosted by First Missionary Baptist Church, and I’m proud to have supported it in the past.

Now I’m off to my son’s final show—he’s the Caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland Jr. 🐛✨
