Another beautiful home in Greenwich Park has officially closed, and this one was especially meaningful.

Estate sales are never quite like traditional home sales. There’s often so much more involved than simply preparing a property, finding a buyer, and getting to the closing table. There are memories, emotions, important decisions, and the responsibility of honoring someone’s wishes throughout the process.

I’m incredibly grateful to my seller for placing her trust in me to guide her through all of it. Especially in a challenging real estate market, having a thoughtful plan, making the right decisions along the way, and working together toward a common goal can make all the difference.
