Wishing a happy Closing day to my long term friends & investor clients. Every closing is special- but being that they are native to my language & my background of Cambodian lineage 🇰🇭🇰🇭🇰🇭, I was so excited seeing my Cambodian counterparts winning & grasping the meaning of wealth through real estate. Sokhun & Donna- Nail Salon owners were able to secure their first investment property with me close to where they live so they can easily manage & maintain their tenant. With instant equity after closing & getting a tenant in by August, they are refusing to leave money in the bank & have their money compound through real estate instead! Already discussing their second purchase within the next few months, these will be my returning happy investor clients.
