We're awfully happy and proud to share what will soon be the new home to our office. Only about one-half mile away from our current location, but this one hundred year old Victorian home turned office building has loads of historical charm. We expect to be moving in soon after some repairs and improvements. Stay tuned!

Great closing with great clients, but mostly a great Realtor able to see value in this house that appraised well over the closing price.

Closed! Two-family income producing house in Ramsey, New Jersey. After sitting at the table and explaining the terms of his loan, we decided to delay closing to explore other options. I put my client in touch with one of my lender contacts that night and we were back at the table three weeks later with a new loan saving my client hundreds per month. You can't pull something like that off without the right team, but luckily and I worked together to get it done. Nothing in it for us, just a happy, repeat client that is now saving thousands of dollars. Get yourself a team that goes above and beyond and advocates for you!

Yesterday at my client's holiday party, there was more than the holidays to celebrate. A long closing that started yesterday but funded this morning with this client ended up being our first eight figure deal with a sale price of $11,300,000!

Closed! New apartments are coming to downtown Pompton Lakes! Our office represented the Buyer who will be turning the old Salvation Army along with other buildings on the lot into a beautiful apartment building. A thirty year tax appeal which was transferred to the Buyer is nice too! A special thanks to the best .nabhan for brokering the deal.
