• Mix of residential, commercial, and multi-family
• ~4,200 single-family homes planned
• ~290 villa units
• ~277 acres of mixed-use (including potential multi-family up to ~3,000 units)
• Positioned along the future Grayson County Toll Road + Marilee Rd corridor
