Stan Fernald
I am a Dallas native, have a BBA and an MBA in finance from SMU. With an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps I began my real estate career in commercial real estate in Dallas in development, construction and/or leasing of retail malls, warehouses and office showroom complexes and operating a commercial interior finish construction company. I moved to Cedar Creek Lake to set up a real estate lending program with a local bank before finally moving to what became my labor of love…residential real estate. I chose Johnson Monroe, REALTORS® for their reputation for professionalism and integrity. I have always loved doing volunteer work and have been very active with local volunteer programs including the Coast Guard Auxiliary, Kiwanis and Rotary International and as President of the Cedar Creek Lake Chamber of Commerce.
Karen Fernald
A Longview, Texas native and graduate of Texas A&M, I was a successful business owner prior to becoming active in residential real estate in Longview in 1999. My business experience helped greatly for real estate in working with and learning the tastes of clients, thus making the transition very easy. Having a love of decorating, I enjoy working with clients on ways to make their lake home perfect for selling or owning. I absolutely love Cedar Creek Lake, and its constant "vacation" atmosphere makes selling real estate here a true pleasure. I love working with and helping my clients find just the right lake house!
