Rodney received his Associates Degree in Global Business Administration with a minor in Accounting.He started his own home business doing tax returns on paper in 1986. His friends and family soon found out and asked him to prepare theirs as well. Over the years he continued to do this and gathered many clients through word of mouth and referrals. In 2001 Rodney started a career with H&R block where he began to take classes for preparing basic tax returns as well as for small businesses. Rodney later began a career with the Internal Revenue Service where he remained until opening his Tax Service.
Ritha received her Education in Medical Billing and Coding at Virginia College. In 2001 she started a career with H&R block where she began to take classes for preparing basic tax returns as well as for S Corporations. Ritha stayed with H&R Block for numerous years and eventually became office manager. She maintained that position until opening Get It Right Tax Service.
