The “Shop Local/Gulfport Giveaway” is sponsored by Gulfport Main Street Association (“Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and unders
tands that the results of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of the sweepstakes. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Once selected as a winner, eligibility is void for future giveaways during this sweepstakes period. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes period begins March 3, 2015 and ends at June 30, 2015. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the sweepstakes period at their sole discretion
HOW TO ENTER: Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements and “likes” the Gulfport Main Street Association page, Facebook.com/GulfportMainStreet, is eligible to win. Those who “liked” the page prior to the contest period are eligible, as long as they meet the other eligibility requirements. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: One to two winners will be randomly selected each week from eligible “likes” of the Gulfport Main Street Association page. Winners will be notified by the page administrator via Facebook messenger and have one week from notification to claim the prize. PRIZES: Prizes will include gift certificates to businesses in downtown Gulfport, Mississippi. The business, value and restrictions for each certificate may vary. Certificates cannot be traded. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Each business will have its own restrictions, including expiration date and eligible times for use, which will be clearly printed on the gift certificate. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS GULFPORT MAIN STREET ASSOCIATION, THE CITY OF GULFPORT, PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES AND FACEBOOK FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.
