Some real estate stories begin years before the "For Sale" sign goes in the ground. This one certainly did.

Last summer we put a plan in place to set this family up for success this year, and they followed it every step of the way. Their preparation and commitment truly paid off.

This closing was a true testament to patience and trust in the process. I had the privilege of working with a wonderful couple who remained incredibly patient for months while we worked through the short sale approval on a home where the seller owed more than the home could sell for.

Short sales require persistence, communication, and a lot of follow up. We stayed on top of the seller’s lender and worked hard to keep the file moving through the approval process as efficiently as possible.

In the end, their patience paid off. The buyers were able to purchase their ideal pool home, and the seller was able to move forward by resolving the loan through the approved short sale. A successful outcome for everyone involved and a great reminder that the right home is worth the wait.✨
