🏡 Sometimes the journey takes you full circle! ❤️

After spending months searching for their next adventure, traveling more miles than I can count & looking at plenty of possibilities, we ended up right back where they started… & found THE ONE! 🔑

My buyers were patient, persistent & determined throughout this entire process. We started with a contingency on the sale of their home, which meant there were plenty of moving pieces that had to line up just right. It took strategy, communication, patience, problem solving & a whole lot of staying on top of things, but we made it work for them!

We traveled the miles. We looked at the houses. We worked through the contingency. We navigated the moving parts. We kept pushing when things weren’t simple… & WE GOT THEM CLOSED! 🙌

That’s the part of real estate you don’t always see behind the sold signs. Sometimes getting to the closing table takes a whole lot of work behind the scenes, persistence & someone willing to keep grinding until the job is done.

✨ CLOSED | HERE’S TO NEW BEGINNINGS 🏡🤍

Sometimes a closing is about so much more than a house, a detached garage & 5 acres.

Sometimes it’s about closing one chapter, starting another & creating a place where better memories can be made. ❤️

This one wasn’t easy, to say the least. There were hurdles, unexpected twists & plenty of moments that required critical thinking, problem solving & figuring out a way forward when the path wasn’t exactly clear.

But that’s part of this job that I take seriously. Going above & beyond, fighting through the hard parts & doing everything I can to get my clients where they want to be.

I’m incredibly thankful for my buyer for trusting me through this process. That trust means more than just another closing to me.

This one is a perfect example of what happens behind the scenes in real estate.

We hit the market & quickly received 3 different offers, went OVER LIST PRICE & everything was moving along so smoothly… until it wasn’t. 😅

That’s when the real work started.

We jumped through more than a few hoops, got creative when we needed to, made more phone calls than I can count, worked through every obstacle that popped up & spent plenty of time reassuring everyone involved & keeping those stress levels as low as possible.

Because getting a property under contract is one thing. Getting it all the way to the closing table is another. ❤️

And WE MADE IT! CLOSED! 🏡🔑
