All parties, whether employees, clients, opposing parties, or vendors are treated with respect and courtesy. Clear letters of engagement are requested on all matters. Billing is transparent. All employees adhere to the ethical standards of conduct set by the Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Ethics Commission. We collaborate with community services. Members of the firm actively engage in community educational activities. Health Care Powers of Attorney and/or Living Wills are provided to all clients who request them, without cost.

I cannot explain the feeling. We are in for a rough go for the next 6 months I can just feel that the number of people passing will be exceptionally high. Now is a time for us all to be loving and kind. Although you may find someone else rude, there's a very high likelihood that their rudeness is a manifestation of their grief. Grant them grace.
