What is a Pre-Approval?

✅A pre-approval is when a lender actually checks your money, like your paystubs, bank accounts, and credit report, to prove how much house you can afford.

📄After checking everything, the lender gives you a letter saying,
“You’re officially approved (up to this amount), go shop for a house!”

👍🏽It’s a real promise (as long as nothing major changes, like losing your job).
