We were able to secure this property over the weekend and beat out multiple offers, including cash offers!

I’m so excited for this sweet family! We met a few years ago and at that time they were looking for land. As I was making follow up calls two weeks ago I reached out and asked if they were still searching for land and he said “I think we are ready to buy a house!”

Here we are two weeks later under contract 👏🏼 I’m so glad that they will have plenty of space for their boys to run around ❤️

The 2nd closing today was bittersweet! I helped my clients purchase their home two years ago and we became friends. They loved their home but when her husband got a job offer out of state and they learned they were expecting they knew they would need to sell their home 🏡

It was an honor that they trusted me to represent them again! From LISTED to CLOSED in just 3️⃣ weeks 🤯

We had the ✨DREAM✨ team on this one! I was overjoyed to work with Julie Robinson again and her buyer had BeLinda Stancil Dumas as their lender 😍 Although my sellers had already signed out of state I loved being at closing today with these beautiful ladies. I pray the buyers have just as many wonderful memories in that home as my sellers did!

Closing #1 today for my sweet sellers! 🎉

I’m blessed to have known them since I was 10 and I’m so thankful they trusted me to sell their home in Hampton. It was a cutie and I was still getting calls about it up until a few days ago! From listed to under contract in 9 days 🤯

It takes a village to get to closing so shoutout to my wonderful co-op agent Wendy Akin Morris, David A. Howard, Attorneys at Law, LLC for a smooth closing and lots of laughs today and of course my closing coordinator Kelly Corbin for keeping this file on track 👏🏼
