As a Client Services Liaison, our team members are responsible for the appraisal fulfillment process, ensuring all file transitions flow through the proper order milestones and operating system queues in a timely manner and in compliance with customer service level agreements and standards. The Client Services Liaison also verifies the appraiser, customer, and AppraiserVendor team is kept up to date on all information necessary regarding each assignment, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound communications and handle time-sensitive materials via 3rd party integrations, email, and phone correspondence.

Keep all parties involved in the transaction informed with timely status updates.

Document and notate files throughout the fulfillment process in compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitating communication between clients, vendors, and employees.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties.

Maintain security by following procedures.

Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.


Qualifications:

Full Time Position – 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday.

Prior experience in the Appraisal, Title, or other related Real Estate field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service capacity or setting.

Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude a MUST.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
