Breathalyzers can be manipulated into reading whatever the testing officer wants to, a secret flaw of that machine, but which the officer would never admit he would do. SC. Went to Datamaster machines in the 1990s, but the have flaws also, and break too as all machines do. There’s much science to an accurate reading of a blood alcohol level, in addition to other legal requirements police officers must observe to make a case. In the article, the “bad driving” stated as the probable cause for the traffic stop is NOT on the dash cam footage!
